Where are you based and who do you work with?+
Mesquite Dev LLC is based in Buckeye, Arizona (85326). We work primarily with West Valley and Phoenix-area businesses (Buckeye, Goodyear, Glendale, Phoenix, Avondale, Surprise), and we take on remote clients across the United States.
How much does a custom website cost?+
Websites start at $2,500 with fixed-price tiers. Landing pages and single-purpose sites are at the lower end; multi-page business sites and full rebuilds scale up from there. Pricing is published transparently on our /websites page so there are no surprises.
How is custom software priced?+
Custom software (SaaS, dashboards, internal tools) is scoped per project after a free 15-minute discovery call. We send a fixed scope and price before any work starts. Smaller dashboards or internal tools can ship in 2-4 weeks; full SaaS builds take longer.
Do you use templates, page builders, or WordPress?+
No. Every site is hand-coded with Next.js and React, then deployed as a static export to Cloudflare. No WordPress, no Wix, no drag-and-drop builders. That's how we keep sites fast, secure, and cheap to host.
What about SEO and Google ranking?+
Every site we ship includes technical SEO baked in: structured data (Schema.org), sitemap + robots, semantic HTML, fast Core Web Vitals, mobile-first responsive design, and accessibility. We also offer a free SEO audit for any site (yours or a competitor's) via /seo-audit.
